MTN Ghana Reopens Service Centres Nationwide

Accra, Ghana, May 18, 2020//-MTN Ghana has reopened all of its service centres across the country which were closed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The company also revised its operating hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Monday to Friday due to the number of customers trooping to the centres after the lifting of the partial lockdown.

While service centres located at the various shopping malls in the country will open from their usual 9:00am to 5:00pm timetable, according to senior executives of MTN Ghana.

However the centres will continue to remain closed during the weekends and holidays.

The Customer Relations Executive of MTN Ghana, Mrs. Jemima Kotei Walsh, said: “We continue to review our operations to make decisions that will help us deliver our services whilst also protecting our customers and employees”.

She thanked all customers for adjusting to the previous arrangements and for patronizing the digital channels.

MTN Ghana continues to encourage all Ghanaians to stay safe and observe the appropriate health protocols outlined by the Government, Ghana Health Service and the World Health Organization (WHO).

These include regular washing of hands with soap and water and the mandatory wearing of masks at the service centers.
