Tema, Ghana// – Samba Foods Limited has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Unifa Brothers, a leading supplier of raw materials and packaging solutions.
This strategic partnership is focused on revitalising Samba Foods’ production lines and supporting the company’s growth for the period January 2025 to December 2025.
The partnership is expected to bring substantial benefits to Samba Foods, particularly in addressing operational challenges that have affected production in recent months.
Due to the breakdown of its main packaging machine and other operational constraints, Samba Foods experienced a temporary slowdown in production.
Under this MoU: · Unifa Brothers will supply raw materials and packaging materials; · Replace the company’s primary packaging machine; · Provide other critical production inputs needed to restore and sustain full operations. · Finished products will be produced by Samba Foods unexclusive for Unifa Brothers in accordance with agreed standards.
This collaboration will ensure: · Consistent product availability in the market; · Improved operational efficiency; · Reduced production costs; · Enhanced value for stakeholders and consumers alike.
