31-year-old Civil Servant Wins 2-bedroom House in MTN 4G Promo

Tema, Ghana, May 22, 2018//-MTN Ghana on Tuesday handed over a two-bedroom house located at Devtraco Estate, Tema to 31-year-old civil servant, Obeng Amoako Samuel for being the overall winner of the ‘MTN 4G Taking Over’ promotion.

While Lawer Gabriel Amoatey, Twumasi Bright Ankrah, Adu Tutu Bernard, Daniel Addo, Joyce Tutu, and Toufiq Ahmed Mustapha took home Hyndai Sonata, Hyndai Elantra, Hyndai i1os, Hyndai Accent and Hundai Elanta respectively.

Some winners also won several 4G enabled handsets, while others picked cheques worth Ghc 5,000,  Ghc 2,000 and Ghc1000 home during the five month promo.

The Senior Specialist in charge of Consumers at MTN, Maxwell Arthur, said the promotion aimed to reward loyal customers of the network who are on MTN 4G.

He explained to journalists that winners are determined by how regularly they use their airtime to call, text, browse as well as their regular use of MTN mobile money.

Mr Arthur added: “The MTN 4G Taking Over promotion is simply a usage based promotion where customers accrue points based on all network usage. So every pesewa a customer spends on the network, MTN rewards you with a point. There is no need for any subscription”.

The winners thanked the management of MTN Ghana for honouring their promise.

Instructively, the MTN ‘4G Taking Over Promo’ is a five-month promotion which began in January 2018 and ended on Tuesday 22, May 2018.
