Dr Nana Oppong, an internationally renowned expert on intelligence and author of groundbreaking works in science, economics, education among others is set to launch his new book on legal education.
The event which is scheduled for Thursday June 29, 2017 at the main auditorium of Knutsford University at East Legon, is expected to bring together big brains in the legal profession in Ghana and beyond as well as influential stakeholders and decision makers.
The book- iLegal, is Nana Oppong’s solution to solving some of the misconceptions about the legal profession and to arm the ordinary man on the streets with some legal education on everyday issues so as to guide our movements, steps and utterances, among others.
“The iLegal is a book whose main objective is to provide non-lawyers with the ‘thinking’, the culture, the principles, the narratives and the mindset that “create” the good lawyer and the great judge, Dr Oppong who is a lawyer said.
The aim of the book is to equip the reader with all the wisdom that he or she would need in order to correctly understand lawyering and judging so as to be learned and to able to arrange all affairs legally, strategically and profitably,” a summary of the book states in part.

Endless are the ways in which those learned in the law can strategically and legally take advantage of and even exploit those ignorant of the approved methods, institutions and preferences of the law.
